Sky Map Thingy cause I like stars.

Important Philosophical Quotations cause I like philosophy and I like quotations. "Important" might be subjective though. Particularly like "the unexamined life is not worth living."

Comments:
I thought the pronunciations were good.

And I think my fave was the same. Reflection is indeed important and beneficial.

Although now I am wondering "WHY is reflection important and beneficial?" ;)

Well, further down, from Descartes: "I think, therefore I am"

If you aren't thinking, you may not be being.

Further along: "If a tree fell in the woods, and no-one heard it, did it fall?" If you fail to think a single thought, would anyone notice you; would you think to notice others?

And to reflect on these thoughts, and on actions arising from thoughts gives one an opportunity to move to new thoughts. To modify them, improve them. And in applying thought to action, testing them.

Experience will be the measure of your life, and a life of little thought probably means a life of little consequence. Even to affect others, and have them hold you in there thoughts, it becomes a measure of how much they think, not you. But your thoughts can make them think.

For what is the purpose of life? To eat, to sleep? No more? (With thanks to Shakespeare) What life have you lived if you haven't thought?

Think about it. Or not. :-)
