How To: Make Dumplings

1. Mix mince and spices and water and chopped up vegetables of your choice in a bowl.
2. Take your packet of frozen dumpling pastry and assemble the dumplings like this:- place a spoonful of the mixture in the middle of a piece of pastry
- dip your finger in water and go around the edge of the pastry
- carefully fold the pastry and mixture in half, firmly pressing hte edges together
3. Cook dumplings by steaming, boiling or frying.
